RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE ROOMS
ACCESS TO ROOMS
Rooms are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 11am. Late check-out is not allowed.
The hotel room is not intended for laundry or meals.
PETS
Animals are not allowed at the hotel.
Dogs are allowed on the course on a leash and tied to the cart.
SMOKING, DAMAGE AND LOSS OF KEYS
We are a completely non-smoking establishment. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the hotel, including the rooms.
Application of decree no. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions of application of the ban on smoking in assigned places. We reserve the right to send a supplement of 400 € to any customer who smoked in the room and refuse him access to the hotel in the future.
We cannot tolerate this abuse, because beyond the discomfort of our next customer, it leads to a complete cleaning of all the textiles of the room and a closure of it for 2 days (hence a loss of business).
We ask you to respect the premises, as well as the decoration of your room and the common areas.
In case of problem, the customer will have to engage his civil responsibility.
During your stay, a set of keys is given to you allowing you free access to your room. In case of loss, the repair will be charged 35 €. This price corresponds to the modification of the security system, the making of a new lock cylinder and the corresponding set of 3 keys.
All damages caused by cigarettes, food, drinks or other reasons will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, with a minimum of 100 €.
VISITING RIGHTS
The right to visit an outsider is granted only after presentation to the reception of the establishment. The rooms are designed for a specific number of people. In order to ensure the safety of the establishment, you must not, under any circumstances, accommodate additional persons.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10 am every day. There is no room service.
NUISANCES
In order to respect the rest of the other guests, please do not slam the doors or make too much noise during the day and imperatively after 10 pm. Any nuisance, whether it be noise or any other form of nuisance, may be subject to permanent exclusion from the hotel and to the filing of a complaint with the police.
VALUABLES
The hotel declines all responsibility for lost or stolen items. Please make sure that you lock your room before leaving it, and place your valuables in your safe.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Each person has the right to request to view, modify or delete their personal data upon written request.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS
All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card number and its expiration date in order to be firm and definitive.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
All reservations are firm orders.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION OR CHANGE
If you need to cancel or change your reservation after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee will apply:
The hotel does not charge until 7 days prior to arrival.
Within 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the following fee: 30% of the total amount of your stay.
If you shorten your stay after arrival, you will be charged the full amount of your stay except for the tourist tax.
