Cancellation conditions

It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occured.

If cancelled more than 3 days prior to arrival, the cancellation is free.
If cancelled 3 days prior to arrival, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
If cancelled on the day of arrival or in case of no show, 100% of the reservation is charged and non-refundable.
If you anticipate your departure, the nights booked and confirmed at the beginning will be due and charged.

Arrival and departure time :
Rooms are available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 am the day of departure.
